The Brighton and Hove Section of the CTC has a club ride every week, always on a Sunday. Do check what type of ride it is before coming out to ensure that it will be one that suits you.
This year we've expanded our rides. For those with little time and wantto join us for coffee then the "Espresso rides" are a great social ride. .
For the full monty all day Sunday ride we usually ride around 45 miles in the winter and 60 miles or so in the summer. Lunch stops are invariably at a country pub and morning and afternoon tea stops are integral to the days ride.
We try to list a local starting point as well as the morning tea stop, usually at the other side of the Downs, giving an option of two starts. If a ride is off-road then this will be noted next to other ride details.
You'll get a warm welcome if you turn up with a well serviced bike, puncture repair kit, spare inner tube, water bottle, a banana or energy bar, a local map covering the area we'll be riding through that day, wet weather gear and plenty of enthusiasm.
Please feel free to call Rob on 884756, if you have never ridden with us before or if you have not been out for some time. Hope to see you out on the road!”
